Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a pitch black with a small light brown head. Intense hard roasted malt in the nose, distinct Bourbon and some butterscotch as well. Solid body, hard roasted malt, vanilla and Bourbon with a roaring alcohol burn. Some malt bitterness. Fortunately the butterscotch remained in the nose! 090710

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a thin rim of brown head. The aroma has notes of butter, roasted malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of soy sauce, roasted malt, alcohol, and wood, as well as lighter notes of bourbon and butter, the buttery note lingers unfortunately, leading to a dry, alcoholic, and roasted finish.
