A bit hazy golden color, steady decent off-white head. Yeasty, herbal, banana aroma - quite messy. White peppery, yeasty, some wheat flavor. Lingering spiceyness in the aftertaste. Not my kind of wheat ale.

(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with huge lasting off-white head. Malty, wheaty nose with notes of citrus, bread, banana and spices (clove, coriander). Malty, wheaty taste with bread, citrus, yeast, coriander and clove. Dry finish with a hint of grassy hops. Rather light body, very dry, almost with a fino sherry character. A bit different from its German cousins, but tasty and refreshing.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of sourmilk (eaten for breakfast), wheat, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of sourmilk, wheat, lemon, and yeast, leading to a dry finish. Not for me. Thanks joergen for sharing.

Bottled. Hazy deep golden, rich firm head. Aroma of grapefruit bublegum and sugared bananas. Really sweet with soft, spritzy mouthfeel. Biscuity malt, mashed banana, sone light bitterness. Quite interesting flavourwise, but I usually prefer my weizens drier as it gains drinkability with dryness. Perhaps it is not fair to rate a spring beer at -15C and blizzard conditions though...
