50 ml in Aline Leiciai. Pale colour. Aroma is pleasant, with herbs, although not very intensive. Not too sweet. Good, just not very intensive.

Small bottle from a sample pack bought in a supermarket in Druskininkai, Lithuania. Pours clear golden without any head. Stronger honey aroma than the Bočiu notes of dried dark fruits and spices here too, but also som more floral notes are present. Sweet, warming and rather pleasant with floral, fruity honey flavours and some bitterness. Alcohol is noticable, but fairly well integrated. Pleasant mead.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Vova’s place. Thanks Vova. Gold. Aroma of honey and some cookies and floral notes. Very sweet flavor with honey, a bit of fruitiness, flowers and a faint sourish note.

Little bottle from the Vilnius airport. Tangy citrus honey nose, lemon and orange. Sweet flavor of orange honey, dry earthy finish. Pale yellow color. Dry, light, grassy. Nice.

Bottle, at RBNAG-11. A clear, flat and light golden colored mead with aromas of heather, some roses, but as expected, most of all honey. Quite tasteful, with honey sweetness, as well as heather and roses. Full-bodied and warming, with a lasting honey and alcohol finish. Almost like a dessert wine this one. Nice. 111015

Shared bottle at RBNAG 11. Clear golden body with just a faint hint of a head. Aroma feels sweet and vinous with honey. Flavor is sweet, fruity, honey and alcohol. A bit boozy but still a really nice mead without too much raw honey flavor, feels somehow smooth.

0.75l ceramic bottle @ RBNAG11. Pours a clear golden-yellow body with no head. Aroma is quite nice stuff. There's lots of sweet honey tones, lots of wood. Flavors are lovely sweet, but not too sweet. Honey and wood, not alcoholic at all. Great stuff, but one is enough.
