A rich, golden session ale, smooth and balanced with an initial fruit palate and a slightly dry finish.

Cask at Town Street Tavern, Horsforth. Pours light amber, thin off-white head. Aromas are nuts and biscuits. Taste is more of the same, light bitter finish. Not bad.

Fine looking but less than fine tasting ale. Has a malty bitter base but little to shout about. Golden with a thick creamy head.
