Very lively carbonated golden beer, end of bottle fully hazed with yeast, under good, finely bubbled white head. Cidery nose, lemony and (sour) apples, honey-covered apples. Slightly oxydized, rather medicinal taste, mint, cornflakes. Falls a bit dead. Quite carbonated. Aftertaste has a point of corn sweetness, faintly slick, not much body. Bit lame. Txs to Stef!

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is very spicy primarily with coriander, but also with lighter notes of cloves combined with notes of peaches and oranges. The flavor is sweet with nots of matl, spices, dusty hops, and coriander, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a dense and creamy white head leaving laces. Unclean, fruity nose, lightly tart. Fairly light body, tart fruit with a vague touch of ashes, the dry fruit prevails all through the finish. 070610
