Tap at Gulden Draak Beerhuis Prague. Med-thin body, rather high carbonation. Very high bitterness, a bit unpleasant. Med-high grassy character, medium earthy. Light chlorophenol creeping underneath, or is just the hops so weird? Not my favourite tbh, hard to drink.

Rocky white foamed head left a froth on an unclear golden coloured body. Malt, herbal, caramel & zesty aroma. Medium bodied, foamy gassy & sticky. Caramel, malt, grapefruit & citrus tastes with an extremely bitter finish. Standard.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and Belgian yeast, with notes of spice and touches of citrus and malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of yeast and malt, and touches of salt and citrus. Bitter and estery aftertaste with salty and bretty notes.

Bottle, 6.5%. Refreshing citric aroma, teaish with a sort of Bretty note. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric, caramelly and yeasty. Flavourful and refreshing even though it is too yeasty for my liking.

Bue en février 2021 en bière bouteille 33 cl. Robe orange brumeuse. Nez fruité et citronné. Très herbale, amère et houblonnée, pas mal du tout. Retentée en décembre 2022 à la pression au 3.96 kaffe à Metz. J'ai revu ma note a la baisse car l'amertume m'a semblée beaucoup trop prononcée, déséquilibrée et les saveurs peu complexes. La mousse était pu persistante et peu agréable à regarder.
