Poured up at AZ Strong Beer Fest 2017, and affirmed by the Pizza Port staff pouring that this comes from the Bressi Ranch location, where it exhibits a crystal clear deep gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up a little tangerine citrus, a little spicy hoppiness and then a light sense of grassiness. This is smooth and rich with a juicy tangerine to tangelo citrus and then sliding into a bitter spicy slightly grassy hoppiness. To midway the hops really start hitting rich and deep with bitterness and just enough juiciness to maintain a sense of hop balance.

On tap at Pizza Port Bressi Ranch, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fairly subdued piney hops and balanced by dry biscuity malt. Flavour is extremely hoppy, with tons of hop resins, piney hops, and even some booze. A brutal IIPA that works well. Finishes sticky in the hop resin department. Very good.

RBESG 2010, draught at Brasserie 4:20
Cloudy amber color; big creamy head. Aroma of fruity hops and creamy malts, mild piney resins, light sweat. Bold body; sweet caramel and toffee flavor, lightly buttery and creamy, with very strong hopping, a lot of mellow resins, limited fruitniess. Bold and mouthfilling, not remarkably fresh.

On tap at the source, a week after it wins gold at GABF. Pours with a hazed golden body with a large tan head that stays and leaves excellent lacing. Aroma is floral, citrus hops that abound, with a light caramel sweetness. Really clean. Taste is dry, floral, citrus, tropical fruits. Lively bubbles, well attenuated with a lasting bitterness. A classic DIPA from a brewpub chain that can do them well. Congrats Noah.

Cloudy amber with a medium to large beige head. Hoppy aroma with pine, grapefruits, lemons and malty notes. Hoppy flavour with grapefruits, pine and lemons. Not the freshest of hops and they came out dusty. Nice though.

Hazy amber with a lasting tan head. Huge peach and apricot hop aroma with a touch of alcohol. Sweet fruity flavour with peach and a little toffee malt. Rather bitter

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear bright orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Floral hops and sweet malt in the nose. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character that has floral and citrus notes. Sweet caramel malt in the background as well. The finish is hoppy with a lingering citrus aftertaste. Pretty good IIPA overall.

On tap. RBESG Rome 2010. Cloudy and opaque amber with a dense shaving foam style off-white head. Intense fat peach in the nose - quite spicy. Quite full-bodied, dry fruit but dominated by intense and fat aroma hops that leave a massive and somewhat astringent bitterness. A bit too much. 030610
