Il numero “19” identifica nella cabala “la risata” e la 19 vuole essere la birra ideale per i momenti di cordialità e convivialità grazie al suo moderato contenuto alcolico e la sua facile bevibilità. La 19 prende ispirazione dalla lunga tradizione delle birre di colore ambra e di moderata gradazione alcolica chiamate Alt che vengono servite da secoli nella città vecchia di Dusseldorf. Versando la 19 nel suo bicchiere si resta colpiti dal colore ramato e dalla sua cremosa e compatta schiuma color perla.

- Al naso la 19 regala uno spettro di aromi maltati con note di caramello.

- Al palato si presenta con una delicata texture di sapori dolci di malto bilanciati da un moderato amaro da luppoli tedeschi e boemi.

La 19 è molto versatile in cucina abbinandosi perfettamente con tutti gli stuzzichini e le cene della nostra tradizione, pizze comprese.

Birra ad alta fermentazione prodotta secondo tradizione con ingredienti naturali. Non pastorizzata, non filtrata, rifermentata e affinata in bottiglia.

RBESG 2010, bottle at Sforno, Rome
Hazy amber color. It’s a very simple Amber Ale, the aroma is lightly perfumy, the flavor is weak, the bitterness is low.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, spices, and phenol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and spices, as well as lighter notes of phenol, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a rough off-white head. Dried fruit and a little yeast in the nose. Medium body, fruit, a little yeast and absolutely no bitterness. Altbier?? Comes out as a sad Belgian! 050610

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dusty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and slight spiced. Caramelish and slight fruity flavoured. Light yeasty note. Lasting citrusy and slight peachy fruity into the finish.

5th June 2010. Cloudy brown beer. Sharp crisp palate. Minerally malt, a little fruity. Okay - a fresh tasting beer but quite simple and over dry palate.
