33 cl can @ Utsjoki, BBE 13.06.2022 from RIMI 1000, Vardø Aroma has strong starchy malty tones typical to low ABV beers. Also mild hoppiness. Flavour has strong maltiness, some grassy hops and hints of biscuits. By aroma I was expecting an overmalty hard-to-drink low ABV lager but this one was balanced after all. Worked in Sauna, could be worse in other context.

For en vidunderlig kombinasjon……smaken er likedan. Anbefales IKKE.

0.33l bottle. This is a crystal clear golden one with a small bubbly and quickly sidesticking white lager top. It smells of bready sawdust added some lemon and caramel drops. It's quite standard on the nose, nothing bad. It's average on the carbonation with a thin watery mouthfeel. Tastes not that bad either. Yeah, it's a low alco lager from a brewery not known for making the finest gems, but this does not taste bad. It most definitely does not taste good in any way what so ever, but I can drink this is I have to. Light soapy with some wort in the finish. Could be the fact that I'm really thirsty now and I could drink just about anything, but this was quickly gone. 10.11.2012
