Big dark beige head. Opaque black body goes hazy dark brown at edge. Roasty minty earthy aroma with mealy notes. Dryish roasty earthy taste with fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, flat mouthfeel. Dryish earthy fruity roasty aftertaste with mealy burnt notes. Faint traces of acidity. It’s OK, but a bit austere. (0.33l bottle, from Salling, Aalborg.)

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, dark malts, sour coffee, grass, licorice, hay, minerals, burnt caramel, dark berries, ashtray. Medium bitterness, slightly dry harsh mouthfeel. Boring.

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours hazy very dark brown with stable tan head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and coffee, with notes of fruit. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with notes of roast and sourish touches of dried fruit. Sourish and sweetish aftertaste with notes of liquorice. Warming alcohol presence. Nice.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Hansen & Zita for this bottle! Dark brown with a beige head. Somewhat roasty flavor with a bit of chocolate, light coffee hints, dark fruits, notes of dark bread and a bit of alcohol. Flavor has a bit of sweetness, a bit of roastiness, some chocolate, fruity notes, "green" hints and light pleasant smokiness. Medium-bodied, silky mouthfeel.
