50 cl bottle on Feb 14, 2014.Clear golden color, no head, no legs. Alcohol, solvents scent. Sweet, honey taste, some alcohol. Warming. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, a it dry finish.Scent throws me off, but the taste saves the day.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, June 2010. Pours clear see through - no color w. no head. Heavy honey, barrel, oak, alcohol. Sticky, vinous and warm.

Bottle 500ml.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, spicy, moderate to heavy alcohol. Flavor is heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20100612]

Bottled. Pale golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, mild white wine and some herbal notes. Flavour is honey, earth, some white winelike notes. not too sweet.

Bottle, 14.5%. Weak alcohol and wax aroma. Very pale water colour. The flavour is sweet, has a little acetone, but also a good sweetness. Hint of citric fruit and wax. Late note of spicy honey.

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet aroma with honey, flowers and fruity notes. Sweet flavour with honey, floral and fruity notes. Finished sweet.

Bottled. A pale golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and pollen. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, honey, and pollen, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

50 cL clear bottle, courtesy of fiujilin. Pours pale yellow with no head. Aroma is glue and honey. Sweet, candy, sugarish and pollen driven honey. Lingering sweet impression into the far finish. Light alcohol warmth and slight chemical from back of the nose.

Bottle from the meadery
Yellow color, a bit pale. Sweet aroma, honey, then light perfume, citrus fruits and alcohol. The mouthfeel is well sweet, but without being too thick and syrupy; there is light honey flavor, unfortunately also light glue and alcohol. Not bad, but with a shade of chemicals and too strong.
