Robust porter style, dark color, with cappuccino color foam, brewed from a mixture of six barley malts, water, Fair Trade cane sugar, hops and yeast. Intense and toasty nose, with accents of anise, carob, licorice and coffee, full body taste, good structure. Porteresa gives enveloping sensations every sip, ideal with mature cheeses, red meat, game, spoon chocolate desserts, dry chocolate cakes and dried fruit.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excelelnt mostly lasting head. Very dark red-amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and slightly acetic flavor. Moderate bitter. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, licorice, vanilla, wood and fruits.

Bottled. Near black, airy head. Aroma of coffee and tart lingonberry. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. There’s chocolate, menthe and alcohol as well as red berries and a certain tartness. Salty woody finish. Quite lovely beer, akin to a milder versionof Haandbryggeriet Aqua Vita Porter.

Draught at IBF 2009, Milan
Black color; small creamy head. Light aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. Good body, with a sweetish chocolate flavor and light sourness, it also has a creamy feeling. Good.

scxura buona schiuma piuttosto persitente note tostate piuttosto intense anche in bocca ridulta abbastanza intensa non strepitosa ma abbastanza piacevole anche se assaggiata nel finale al IBF un buon corpo
