Cloudy blond color. Nice aroma, hop, honey, straws, fruits. Dry mouthfeel, highly carbonated; sweetish cereals and malt flavor, lightly spicy; correct bitterness. Just a bit too much yeast. Refreshing.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt as well as lighter notes of citrus, peaches, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, cardboard, citrus, peach, and yeast, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish. The carbonation prickles the tongue.

3rd June 2010 - Brasserie 4:20. Bottle - Cheers Alex! Hazy gold beer. Not much head. Super light frothy palate. Light lagerish malt, soft, dry and a little creamy. A tiny whisper of citrus hop. Tasted several Italian beers like this now - soft creamy lagers - ish!
