Triple Hopped Pale Ale
It takes a knowledgeable brewer to combine malty and hoppy flavours successfully. It’s all about the balance. A masterstroke in the blending of hops for bitterness with those that bring their own flowery oils to achieve a final finishing aroma that is truly unique. More hops than Jonathan Edwards. Enjoy.

Hand pulled half pint on 13th March 2026, White Hart, Shifnal. Light golden body, clean and clear, white crown on top. Happy, hoppy blend on a decent malty base. Nice easy start to the beer festival going on the celebrate the pubs 1st Birthday under new management.

Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn after breakfast at Square Peg (JDW). Clear late straw coloured body, creamy white head, fair lacing. Moderate caramel-fruity nose. Blended taste of caramel, biscuit and a citric bite. Ends on the sweet side of bittersweet. Fair enough. (Birmingham 14.02.2023).

Pours a clear, deep straw colour, with a frothy white head and slightly yeasty light malt aroma, with a hint of citrus in there. It's creamy, slightly bitter and citrusy, with a biscuity malt backbone

Bottle direct from the brewer. Pale gold with small white head and minimal retention. Aroma or biscuit malts, hoppy, a little spice. Taste is biscuit like malts, a little grass, a citrusy lime with a peppery note to the decent bitterness in the finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. This is a very tasty light sessionable beer. Not overly complex but has enough about it to keep me wanting more. Very good.
