A dessert beer to the core, our Raspberry Stout is truly a feat in decadence. Loads of chocolate malt, cacao nibs, and local, late-season red raspberries from Agriberry Farm all contribute to what would best be described as a raspberry truffle in liquid form. After months of patient maturation in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, our Raspberry Stout is finished on Madagascar vanilla beans revealing a confluence of smooth, rich dark chocolate, ripe red raspberries, and real vanilla.

I had some concern cause this was sitting in my fridge for months (dated dec17 2020) I guess a year actually 😅 but it's actually quite nice, light raspberry, medium vanilla, nice base stout notes of chocolate and hints of boozy.

Dark black body small creamy tan head. Bourbon vanilla raspberry caramel aroma. raspberry bourbon vanilla chocolate molasses flavor. Full body moderate carbonation. 7/5/8/4/17 4.1
