Now that's a well carbonated beer, a torrent of very fine bubbles. Taste isn't what I expected. Sweet soft straw malts, solid touches of honey up front, a little stone fruit. The barrel, oak? is solidly there at the back of your tongue. And the funk is more sock than aserbic. Not a sour barrel rabble rouser, but good.
Initially really sour, almost lambic level. Then the dryness takes over and it doesn't seem so sour after all...
Keg at 🦒2023 Festival... Murky amber... Small white head.. Soft earthy funk fruit nose.. Soft light tart.. Dry earthy fruit... Long dry fruit
