500ml bottle. Cloudy pale golden colour with average, diminishing, frothy, white head. Spicy yeasty aroma, hints of grass, lemon, lemongrass, wheat malty background. Taste is moderately tart, lactic acid, lemon, a touch of lemon grass. Very nice.

Bottle via trade with phredrik. It pours hazy straw yellow with small fizzy white head. The nose is wheat, light spice, soft sourness, citrus rind, lemon juice and light honey. The taste is initial tart, then lime cordial, lemon, wheat, sour milk and white currant with a dry, prickly finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Light, refreshing and well-balanced. Great thirst-quencher. I could drink copious amounts of this stuff.

Bottle. Pours super hazy yellow, with somewhat pinkish nuances, and a white head. Notes of powdersugar, gooseberries and elderberries in the tart aroma. Taste starts out slightly sour, before the berry seeds kicks in and fruity notes like lychee and pear are shown. Tart finish. Not to sweet. Well balanced.

Süffiger Antrunk mit dezenter Säure, die frisch ist und die Süffigkeit in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt. Die Säure nimmt von da an leider ab und ist noch gerade in angenehmen Maße vorhanden, kurz vor der Wässrigkeit. Getreidig, sehr erfrischend, Zum Ende dann noch mal saurer, hier ist das Bier nach meinem Geschmack. Kurzer Nachgeschmack. Danke an den Doppelbock für das Bier! 11/11/12/12/9/12
