On tap. Pours completely opaque amber golden with hardly any head. Intense apple aroma with rather distinct acohol. Quite full-bodied, distinct apple accents, some sulphur but also very boozy. A very authentic Scrumpy with a bit too much alcohol burn. 080510

Draught at KØ10. Weak apple aroma. Ugly muddy grey milky colour. OK apple flavour, a bit of rough bitterness, apple core and alcohol.

Draft. An unclear golden cider with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar. The flavor has notes of apples and vinegar, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2010, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Alc. 9.0%. Unclear hazy medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, light to moderate toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, old apple, alcohol, dry apple, natural apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. From tap. Pours murky dark brown, looks terrible. No head. Aroma is acidic apples and slight cinnamon to caramelish spiced. Citric to acidic apple flavoured. Somewhat ’malty’ and with a distinct phenolic note. Ends dry and phenolic. Apple fruity.
