This is a mixed fermentation beer refermented on raspberries. The base blend was moderately acidic and with minimal oak character to let the raspberries show themselves. The fruit itself brings heady fresh fruit and lifts the beer with more acidity. The finish is quick, clean and dry.

375ml bottle, 2022 vintage, bottled 2023, purchased 2024. Pours almost clear reddy orange colour, minimal head. Aroma of raspberries, lemon, subtle funk. Taste is led by the raspberries, pretty tart and sharp, good sourness, some oak, light funk, citric acidity. Nice one. Perhaps my favourite of Deya's fruited mixed ferm beers.
