Cask (handpump) @ Black Lion, 65 Chapel Street, Salford, Greater Manchester M3 5BZ, England.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet sugar, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, old cat piss. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100425]
