Barn Owl is a series of one-off creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem them ripe for picking.
No. 35 is a lightly dry-hopped blend of barrel aged pale ales conditioned on cherries and nectarines.
It's the perfect option for those who love moderate acidity, stone fruit and funk, and a hint of oak.

Peachy and opaque, with a thin head. There's some pedio, nice stone fruit accent. Soft malt, with again good stone fruit, light brett, sort of dry, pretty good. Solid.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Cloudy pale salmon orange with small white head. Mild nectarine, very feint cherry, hint of funk, decent.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma has a somewhat muddled mix of cherries and nectarines, muddled bugs, and some earthiness. Flavour is buggy, with plenty of wild yeast, subdued cherries and nectarines, and some champagne-like effervescence. Nice yeast profile – the fruits take a more backstage influence. Good stuff.

Thx, Chris S. for forwarding the box! ❤️
Funk, manure, juicy, fruity, and some weird a bit dirty notes. Taste is along the same lines. Not bad.
