Hopped with Mittelfruh and lagered for 3 months, expect the brewer’s patience and attention to detail to shine through every sip.

Light brown body with white head. Malty aroma. Heavy malt taste with a hop edge. Full finish. Drink it now or you won't be able to get it until September.

Can from Tavour: pours amber with a whitish head. Aroma is caramel, grainy. Taste is lightly bitter, not too sweet. Pretty solid. Does what the style is supposed to do.

Canned 10, 11 or 12/17/25, can't tell which one. Drunk 1/22/26, as pictured.
Hmm, there's something weird in the nose. Or, likely, it's just specialty malt, but it smells a little corny, a little chemical-y to me. Yeah, just some sweet toffee/caramel, likely, with some light red fruitiness and light yeast intricacies. It does integrate better as it warms/breathes. Lightly peppery, grassy hop behind it.
Similar flavors to the nose. Still has that dry fruit-and-corn flavor that I don't love, mixed with a surprisingly bitter, grassy hop element. The texture is nice and malty, and the attenuation is great, but i kind of hate the flavors. Bitter grassiness and weird berries-and-caramel-corn.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear, brilliant amber with a creamy beige head. Noble hop aroma. Near med body. Crisp. Clean. Lightly toffee/malty. Decently bitter. Excellent for the style.
