Maibock, which translates to May Bock, is the Bavarians’ strong, golden lager brewed for the transition between winter and spring. This beer is pale, to remind us of the coming warm months and blue skies, but strong to help keep us warm for the few remaining cold days. Brewed entirely with pale malts, it has a warm golden hue and is hopped to leave a refreshing finish.
