Draught@CPH Beer Festival 2010 (old backlog). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, some wheat, citrus, spices, yeast and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is quite similar with some mild grainy notes as well. A bit thin as for the palate, but otherwise quite nice Hefeweizen interpretation.

[9/29/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Draught at Plan B in Copenhagen. Cloudy golden-yellow with a big white head. Aroma of fruity esters and wheat. Sweetish fruity flavor with some yeast, wheat, light spiciness and a slightly drier finish. Light-medium-bodied.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours cloudy yellow with a off white creamy head. Banana and grain, Mild and smooth. Decent.

Draught at KØ10. Cloudy, muddy yellow colour. Almost no head. The flavour is sweet and wheaty, hint of yeast. Some citrus. Weak spicy flavour. Nice enough.

Draught @ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2010, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spices, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100507]

Hazy yellow with a riny with a tiny white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma and flavour with wheat and banana. Finished sweet.
