Our most approachable cider, fermented with a blend of wine and saison style yeasts and a little Lactobacillus. We add a touch of Cryo hops early in the fermentation, which offer subtle floral notes to this young cider. Sour City is fermented at fairly high temperatures and force-carbonated. The final product is bright, dry and crisp.

This is our baseline cider, an easy transition to some of our more acidic and full-bodied products.
