Dark brown colour with copper highlights, a mocha-coloured frothy head, good retention, but not much lacing. A few creamy traces appears as the brew goes down to catch up. Roasted malt aromas giving dark fruit notes, chocolate, mild cherries, light molasses and some hints of minty-herbs. The mouthfeel is slick, a little oily, but not too thick - going down nicely. Roasted barley flavours with chocolate malts, a touch of coffee and some decent grassy hops in the finish. A pretty good Imperial Stout that gets better as it breathes.

Poured from 473mL can (w/ the brewnosers). Medium dark brown with minimal off white head. Slightly woody, mild chocolate and roast. A little thin. Meh.
