Poured from the tap. Opaque pinkish red with small pinkish white head. Lots of raspberry, very feint guava, gentle hint of vanilla. Quite enjoyable.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours nearly opaque deep pink with an pink-white head and light lace. Notes of moderate raspberries with a little of the depth blackcaps normally give, touches of earthy berry skin tannins, light floral tropical fruit notes, subtle cereals, some lightly peppery phenols, quite light impression of lactose sweetness, neither particularly sweet nor tart with a softly floral fruity finish and a bit of chalk. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Not really an overfruited smoothie or anything, more a light fruited kettle sour where the raspberry ate the guava.
