(bottle, 75cl, with thanks to Allen!) Cloudy, amber coloured hue with many floaties and a mid-sized slightly tanned foamy head. Yeasty and slightly citrus-fruity aroma with a tinge of sweaty hops and cellery. Yeasty-bitter flavour with a tinge of sourness, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly yeasty and citrus-fruity taste with shy herbal notes and a tinge of vegetables (cellery), leading into a quite dry and fruity finish with a light hoppy blend. 03.II.10

Bouteille (Merci, Allen!): Hazy, amber coloured with a big stable off-white head; dry yeasty sourish-fruity nose; moderate dry bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied; lingering sourish-fruity finish, balanced by some malt. Well made brew.....

bottle, kindly donated by allen - Herzlichen Dank! Hazy/cloudy amber colour with a large beige head, partly creamy and partly fluffy. Very fruity nose. Medium-bodied with a good malty base and lots of fruity-spicy flavours, also shy flavours of bitter orange in the background. Tropical fruit mixed with berries, combined with pleasantly spicy hops that add citrusy hints. A fine beer to accompany the fondue chinoise on New Year’s Eve. Danke, Allen!

The bottle looks really, really good, the beer in the glass very zippy, modest turbid, very creamy head. Starts very fruity with notes of raisins, very fresh, modest sourish. Reminds of a spontaneous fermented beer for a moment. Finish a bit drier. Very drinkable and good beer! Big thanks to Allen for that bottle!

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Hazy pale nutbrown colour, mediumsized beige/off-white fluffy head. Aroma is wood, earth, hay as well as some fruity and some wheaty notes. Flavour is raisins, yeast, alcohol, caramel malts, grass and some bittery hops. Pleasant, but at the same time quite strange.

Bottled 0,75 ltr (BB 11/2012). Hazy orange color, small off-white color, some lace. Fruity-berry like nose, some fruity and woody hops. Fruity hoppy, some tart notes, pineapple, pine .. quite watery palate. I don’t know what is the hype here ..

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber, lively firm head. yeasty spicy Oravlish nose. Dry with sparkling mouthfeel. medium bodied wtih plenty of floral herbal hops and spices. Fruity and full of life, fresh and hoppy. Like a spicier mix of Orval and De Ranke XX. A masterpiece!
