A classic American double IPA brewed to deliver huge hop aroma and flavour in an easy drinking beer. It pours a crisp golden yellow with a frothy white head and an assertive citrus, grapefruit, and pine hop aroma. The complex hop character comes from a blend of Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade hops added to the mash, boil, and whirlpool. After a clean fermentation we double dry hop the beer to give it a complex and lasting hop flavour that lingers on the palate.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 2022/02/11). Hazy golden orange with small white head. Biscuit malt, mild pine and grapefruit hops. Not a stand out, but enjoyable. Again, taste over aroma with the Loyalist City IPAs I have tried.
