Let’s Talk Tropics is our latest beer featuring Tropics yeast! Tropics is a new yeast that produces strong guava and passion fruit aromas with its bio-transformative features that convert odorless thiol precursors into free thiols that produce very tropical compounds. We took it a step further and dry hopped it with El Dorado Hop Hash, Nectaron, Strata Hop Hash, and Citra.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy dull yellow with small white head. Lots of tropical notes, hint of dankness, quite nice.
