We are thrilled to introduce Guava Sparkler in cans for the first time this summer! This beer has gone through several iterations over the past three-and-a-half years. It originally began its life as a “fruit brut lager’ that we brewed with our friends at Boss Rambler Beer Club in Bend; we loved the clean canvas that the wheat and lager yeast provided for this beer, but we wanted to
drive the beer a little further conceptually away from a classic fruit beer. The concept leapt forward when we collaborated with Sun King Brewing in Indianapolis as part of our 10th Anniversary. With Sun King, we evolved the beer into something more like a summer cocktail. We added a hint of lime for more fruit complexity and blended in housemade club soda to produce a dry, tart, and quenching summer beer. Since then, we have made some tweaks to the beer in batches at our pubs. We’ve dialed back the acidity, pumped up the carbonation and minerality, and adjusted the fruiting to make this as light, effervescent, and refreshing as possible If “beer cooler is a thing, this is it. neither fruit lager nor seltzer, welcome to new flavor territory.
