1/11/2025. Can at the ITFC beer share. Bought direct from the brewery. Very lively pour. Nice bronze colour. Quite fruity, marmalade, slightly bready. Lively. Not bad.

Cask condition handpull at The County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Odd that I’ve not this before. Copper orange colour clear, with off white head. Fudge and softness are my 2 biggest impressions of this beer. Not diacetyl, but definite fudge/toffee aroma and flavour. Very soft in mouth and not much hop presence. It’s a decent bitter/ale as it’s not very bitter. Good sweetish fudge malts. Fine with a sweetish finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Market Porter, Southwark 06/10/09. An inoffensive bitter, with a decent balance between the sweetish malts and bittering hops. Ok.
