A balanced, refreshing pilsner with subtle complexity, St. Cloud Commons has been cold fermented with German lager yeast and lagered in our oak Foeders. Pale gold and a little hazy, Saaz hops were added to the boil resulting in earthy hay flavours with bright lemon delivering delicate bitterness and a dry oak finish.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Earthy grain, mild saaz hops, crisp, a little lighter bodied. Okay.
