A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma. sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee notes, vanilla, alcohol warmth, pleasant. In mouth, smooth sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee , alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth.

Can at Ryan's
Black colour. Strong coffee aroma, quite earthy (7.5). Thinner body than the modern Imperial Stout; the relative lack of sweetness makes the earthy coffee even more apparent (7-).
There are some coffee beer lovers out there.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: almost black with a weak beige head. Aroma: loads of coffee, roasty, a bit earthy. Taste: along the same lines, less roasty than I expected and a little bit more sweet than other beers from the series. Overall: good.

Poured from 473mL can. Very dark brown with small beige head. Nutty coffee upfront with feint bean acidity, typical thin-ish Each Beast base beer. Okay, the coffee is nice, but not a big fan of the Each Beast base.
