The recipe has changed recently but no one could tell me what it was. Currently it's Simcoe & Crystal. Odd choices. Almost clear, medium gold, extra frothy pour. Stinky hops. Footy, cheesy, slightly sweet apple-Simcoe piss idea is a bad one. Taste is actually lovely though. Bittersharp, grassy, pungent herbal, lime. Potent flavors Frothy, very acidic, boozy, feels nice. Tastes great, smells like piss. Bonus points for drama.

2.5oz. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: hoppy, funky. Taste: along the same lines, quite bitter, very carbonated, not sure if I can fell any apples here, they are probably covered by the overpowering hoppy bitterness. Overall: meh.
