Bottle, 75cl corked, at KØ-10. A murky brown beer with a minimal sized head. Cellar and licorice on the nose, rather boring. The flavor has licorice, roasted malts, dried fruits and some alcohol, a decent bitterness chimes in towards the end. Dryish, medium body. A quite nice one, luckily the flavor is much better than the aroma. Not that the aroma is bad, it’s just really boring. Rating: 5-3-7-3-13-3.1. 100507

Bottle, 75cl corked. A dark brown beer with a small, off-white to beige head. Roasted aroma with caramel, some dried fruits, roasted malts and hop notes. Rather boring, at least compated to the flavor, which is really nice. Roasted, chocolatey and licorice-like, with soy notes and a pleasant bitterness. A real pity the aroma is so boring, the flavor is just wonderful. 110820

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy and opaque dark brown - close to black - with a small off-white head. Sweetish herbal nose with some sweet burned caramel as well. Solid body, fairly good roasted malt accents, burned caramel and chocolate - but also a vague fusty touch. Some alcohol in the finish. 060510
