Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy chocolate brown, brief head. Chocolatey nose with notes of espresso. Mid sweet with fairly soft mouthfeel. Licorice and crème brulée, some spicy hops atop. Relaxed and complex. Balanced bitterness. An harmonious, full flavoured down to earth beer.

Dark brown color, small head. Slightly cellary, yeasty nose with some licorice. Medium to full-bodied. Cellary flavor with licorice, hops and black coffee. Not too bad, but nothing to drink another bottle.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at KØ-10. It’s an almost clear, dark brown beer, topped by a small, light tan head. Roasted nose with mocha and caramel. Some cellar in the flavor, but mostly roasted malts and mocha. Roasted-bitter finish. Another nice one from Bøgedal. 100507

Bottled@The Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Quite murky ambery brown colour with small off-white head. Aroma and flavour are both quite malty with some herbs, yeast and mild red berries. Mild liquorice and some spicyness in it as well as some chocolate. A bit messy with all the elements not fitting into each other that well...
