375ml bottle (thx, Eric D.) shared at Teekay. Pours a purple with a white head. Aroma is sweet cherries with barrel notes. Taste is the same, quite dry. Moderately acidic. Good one.

(Bottle @ Witchstock 2018/on tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Oct 1/18) Pours clear deep purplish-red with a small pink-white head. Notes of red fruit, berries, candied tart cherry, sweetish red wine, soft to moderate vanilla, deep oaky notes, quite tart at the core despite the sweetness, lactic and maybe a touch acetic, some funky earthy Brett. Fruity tart finish, tannins, lingering oak and vanilla. Medium bodied and very softly carbonated. Better in bottle than on tap in my opinion, though the latter did open up with time. No real bourbon noted but the vanilla could mask it. Nice one.
