This Hefeweizen will use wheat beer yeast, wheat, Pilsner malt, Munich and Caramalts along with Hallertau hops to give an opaque golden beer with aromas of cloves and bananas. Dry and crisp and spicy on the palate

On tap somewhere! Clear amber beer, low carbonation. Softish semi dry palate. Light bubblegum but otherwise this is mostly dry wheaty malt. Doesn’t look like or taste like a proper wheat beer.
