Nuestra Imperial Stout de línea con 9.5% de alcohol, ideal para estos climas de frío. Notas intensas a granos de café, cacao, chocolate amargo, de buen cuerpo y con un amargor medio-alto. Nos inspiramos en el ex-convento ubicado en la Sierra Gorda donde Frailes Franciscanos asentaron en el S XVIII para evangelizar a los pueblos originarios. ¿Lo conoces? Solo disponible en barril.

Poured from the tap @ Cuatro Palos. Dark brown with small beige head. Lots of roast malt, some feint coffee, just a hint of metallic bitterness on the finish. Okay.
