Luminous is our series of Sour IPA's and each batch is uniquely different. Luminous 09 was fermented with Lactobacillus, house yeast, and milk sugar. We conditioned this unique beverage with blackberries and vanilla.

Poured from the tap (ABV listed as 5.5%, but bartender admitted Portland Craft may have just googled a random Luminous and wrote that info because there was no info on the keg or order list…). Hazy golden orange with small white head. Super juicy, tropical and citrus notes. Very nice.
