We designed this beer with Chef Vish to celebrate the launch of his exciting new restaurant, Elem. We made a little Hazy Pale Ale that is dry hopped with Krush (formerly HBC586) and Citra Cryo. It is light and refreshing with lemon citrus and juicy berry notes. Simple, fun and pleasant all the way though.

Bright hop…malts are soft, fruity hop, good papaya, no hop burn, malt sweetness in the finish. I like this one.

Poured from the tap @ Superflux. Hazy blonde gold with minimal white head. Tons of berry, feint citrus, actually quite nice. Touch of dry chalk on the finish that brings it down a notch.
