Made with 100% Nova Scotia apples and locally sourced cranberries, to create a mouth-watering blush with hints of rose and orange; the perfect balance of fruit and tart.

Light pink color with a slightly funky cider and floral aroma. Flavor is slightly sweet apple with a hint of flowers. Dry finish.

On tap at Tusket Falls Beer Project. Pours a clear, very light pink. Gentle cranberry, apple skins, and light champagne yeast on the nose. Flavour has red apple skins, some cranberries; semi-sweet. Not bad, fairly basic.
