[as Opperbacco Hopnotic, hops Ariana & Callista] Lattina. Un arco olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, vaniglia, mango, frutta tropicale e albicocca.

Draft at International Beer Bar, Zurich. Hazy pale gold, white head. Aroma citrus, hoppy, floral notes. Taste is citrus, hops, floral, dank, perfume. Good.

Tap @Osteria del Borgo (Rome). Clear pale golden pour, medium and persistent white foam. Nose: orangey, soft crumb, peachy. Mouth is clean cereals, bitter, citric.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, leggermente torbida, schiuma media. Al naso sentori di lievito, erbaceo, frutta tropicale, leggero bergamotto, un po’ scarica. In bocca è bilanciata, tutto sommato godibile, con finale amaro, non secchissima. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Noiosa.

on tap pale light hazy medium head citrus orange peel bit vegetables tropical fruit dry medium bitterness chiara leggermente velata buona schiuma piacevole agrumato un filo vegetale scorza agrume leggero succo tropicale secca buon amaro
