Brewdolph is one of a pair of Christmas seasonal specials this year: this one has been brewed for the hop lovers among you! The beer is brewed with Amarillo and Centennial, and late hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo pellets. Fresh, and juicy and full of flavour, with a focus on the citrus side of the hop spectrum.

Certainly lives up to its hop-led billing. Clear and golden with a frothy white head, nothing much on the nose, just your routine light malt. Light bodied but with a little chewiness, floral hop bitterness hits you up front, there’s some citrus in there too and a dry bitter finish

Cask @ Dockyard, Manchester. Clear golden with a very thin head. Has a soapy-hoppy texture and taste with a hint of sweetness.
