330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, moderate roast, and dry piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of roasted malt and dry piney hops in great balance. Bold and beautifully balanced. Robust roast that is never too harsh and the hops are situated skillfully. A truly excellent Thai black IPA.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Eleventh Fort Black India Pale Ale ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, wood, roasted, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 8%. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel and hops. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, little over carbonated, hops, grapefruit, little pine, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy dark brown with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and moderate hoppy - grapefruit. Flavor is rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with a hint of salt. 040317

Many thanks to Koelschtrinker for this bottle. Pours hazy dark orange brown colour with a huge most good lasting tan head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, cocoa. taste of dark roasted malt, coffee, sweet chocolate, vanilla, quite nice!!
