Bottle split at CCV, thanks to John, Cotteridge Wines 08/06/19. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is cocoa powder, light charr, dark malts, pine nip. Taste comprises cocoa powder, mellow roast, charr, pine needle, dried berry fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Decent on point CDA.

Bottle at Cotteridge Wines V Ratebeer event; dirty brown pour with a thin tan head, aroma has chocolate and slight pine hop, taste has dark chocolate, some coffee, hop bitter finish.

Cotts 2019. Light coffee and charcoal aroma. Muddy black. Bubbly creamy beige head. Bitter with a fruity edge. Light. Thin but slick. Average carbonation. Long finish. Easy drinking.

Bottled, from The Fat Cow, Bangkok. Black, rich beige head. Slightly medicinal licorice aroma. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Coffee and licorice, notes of citrus and medicin. Really bitter finish.

12oz pour comes a cola brown with some frothy, off white head. Nose has dried dark malts, dried coffee grounds, black pepper. Flavor has some very dark malt, molasses, some salt and pepper. Finishes dry.

A deep dark IPA with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus, light coffee, very nice. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, coffee grind, musty character, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at Dou Brew, Phuket City.
