Stock Ale brewed in early winter 2017 - we used dark malts to add a little roasty character. After primary fermentation we secondary fermented with a base brett strain and brett found on the farm. In autumn 2018 we took fresh hops we had been growing outside the brewery and added them to the beer to bring out a little subtle citrus character.

Keg @ Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Cloudy and very dark brown with wine-like aromas fused with dark malts. Its strength is evident and it's also a tad spicy with lots of bretted styling - also somewhat sour.
