Bottle as Bollingsø Påskebryg, from my students - thank you :-) Pours hazy orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and fruit, with hoppy and estery notes. Sweetish, fruity flavour with notes of malt and caramel, complemented by bitter, hoppy touches and estery hints. Bittersweet aftertaste with some hints of metal and yeast. High carbonation and solid mouthfeel. Not bad for a non-Belgian beer of this style, although nothing really revolutionary.

Aroma has lots of berries typical to danish ales, some caramel and distant floral notes. Flavour has berries, sweetish malt, some caramel and floral notes. Too much berries here.
