Cask @ Head Of Steam, Didsbury. Clear copper with a creamy head. Fuller-bodied and lightly spiced, it has a malty-grainy bitterness, but a low bitterness. Has a good smoothness.

On cask at the Royal Hotel in Bolton le Sands. Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - mainly citrus with some malt at the back. Taste - tangy orange and orange barley water. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - decent scoop.
